How it works.

This isn’t theory, it’s a system that transforms how you work - every single day.

Online courses
Managers need short, practical videos and workbooks that introduce key leadership skills—simple tools and techniques they can use right away. No fluff. These courses slot into their busy schedules, taking just 20-30 minutes a month.

1:1 coaching
Every learner gets a Leader Coach, normally their direct manager, who makes sure they’re not just learning but applying these new skills in real-time. The feedback is immediate, and it’s all tailored to their daily work so it’s immediately relevant.

Co-lab
Learners meet in facilitated groups with their peers. They develop the courage to change by sharing what’s working, what’s not, and solving problems together.

Leader review
Leader Coaches get coaching too. They’re part of the process—they’ve got their own playbook with learning on how to be a better coach for their learners. They get feedback from the facilitator on how well they’re coaching their managers, ensuring alignment across the business.

Daily practice
This is where they get their leadership stripes. Their daily jobs give them ample opportunities to practice each of the techniques and skills they learn. Leadership, like everything else, becomes a habit with deliberate practice.
